DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

All international orders (except European Union Countries) may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?

We want you to have your new NEVENA piece as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location, please check the country list below for information.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. You can return unused items with tags to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
