HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer complimentary global express shipping for all orders. Packages will arrive to your door via DHL. Shipping for Face Masks ONLY orders to the UK is free, for the rest of the world is £20.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

Since January 2021 orders placed from the EU are shipped from our EU office while orders placed from the UK are shipped from our UK office. That means that there will be no import duties and/or taxes on the delivery of your order respectively in the EU and the UK.

For the rest of the world, there may be additional duties and tax fees dependent upon country specific import laws. You as the customer are responsible for any additional fees upon receiving your package.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?

We want you to have your new NEVENA piece as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location, please check the country list below for information.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. You can return unused items with tags to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Simply contact info@nevena.co.uk to start a return, our team will assist you. For more information on our returns policy please visit our returns page.
